LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz., May 31, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- State Bank Corp. (OTCPINK: SBAZ) (“Company”), the holding company for State Bank of Arizona (“Bank”), today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2019 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2019. Based on the current share price, the annualized dividend yield is 1.97%.
